What to think about Surimi?


For a long time I’ve come across food lovers that don't speak highly on Surimi, at the end of the day all of them eat it and actually enjoys the easy part of preparing it.

Personally i enjoy it in all the varieties. Today i decided to just go and express it in the kitchen:

Whole grain Surimi salad

2 Surimi sticks

1 Chopped tomato (small)

1/2 Chopped avocado

1 lime juice

1/2 Chipotle (or any other spicy chili)

30 grams goat cheese

30 grams sliced emmental cheese

1 slice of whole grain bread

Put the emmental cheese on top of the bread, and heat it for about 5 minutes in the oven or until cheese slightly melts.

Combine all the other ingredients and put it on top the bread!

Voilá!!
