if it makes you happy.....

Like everything in life, finding your own happy path could be so difficult and frustrating as any other task you have to learn. But the truth is... digging into your soul can tell you what your passionate about and even when you perceive that as a hobby, you will end up doing it better and getting all abundance you need instead of doing what you find convenient.

Cooking it's no far from that, there are chef's that support different alternatives, the one's that believe in education and the one's that are supported by experience and had no plans of getting a degree chef, with a lot of marketing supporting them.

For us, there is no clear difference but the passion about the art they do. From choosing the ingredients to presenting a plate, from getting good relationships with producers to getting to know the clients in the restaurant tables, from doing what is asked to, to taking control of the food and marketing around their business.

Although some think learning in France is the level needed to be the ultimate chef, some think that cooking under pressure for 120 people meet all requirements to think big. We know that what actually moves us to eat & cook is more of a state of mind.

Feelings are attached to senses. Cooking is attached to senses. So what we feel or what our bodies need is attached to our food preferences.

Eat what you need, but also know what your passion and heart is telling you... get to know what you are eating, get to know how your body works, get to know your chef, get to know who produces your food, get into what you are fed up with.
